All Sales Are Final

All sales made through Core Therapy Today are final. By purchasing any product or service from this website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the relevant offering details prior to purchase and agree to this Returns & No Refund Policy.

Merchandise

Merchandise sold through our shop is made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner.

Because these items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • incorrect size selection

  • incorrect color selection

  • buyer’s remorse

  • change of mind

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially incorrect, please contact us promptly at hello@coretherapytoday.com and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the problem, where applicable

Any review, replacement, or other resolution for merchandise issues will be handled in accordance with the applicable fulfillment partner’s policies and procedures.

Classes, Memberships, Digital Products, and Services

Core Therapy Today offers classes, memberships, workshops, assessments, replay access, downloadable materials, digital products, private sessions, and other wellness, educational, or partner-related offerings.

Due to the nature of these offerings, including immediate access to content, reservation of time, limited availability, digital delivery, and coordination with third parties or partners, all such purchases are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • memberships

  • live classes

  • recorded classes

  • private sessions

  • workshops

  • assessments

  • downloadable guides

  • PDFs and other digital products

  • replay access

  • packages or bundles

  • partner-delivered, guest-led, or co-hosted services

  • missed appointments

  • missed classes

  • unused access

  • scheduling conflicts

  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference

  • change of mind

Cancellations by Core Therapy Today

If Core Therapy Today cancels a class, session, event, or offering initiated by us, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to provide an alternative remedy instead of a refund. Such remedy may include:

  • rescheduling

  • transfer to another offering

  • substitute access

  • store credit

Reviews and Feedback

We welcome respectful feedback and reviews regarding your experience. However, leaving a review, submitting feedback, or expressing dissatisfaction does not create any entitlement to a refund, reimbursement, or charge reversal.

Partner Offerings

Certain offerings may be provided in collaboration with partners, guest instructors, or other third parties. Unless otherwise stated in writing before purchase, these offerings are also non-refundable.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase through Core Therapy Today, you agree to contact us first at hello@coretherapytoday.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order. Filing a chargeback does not alter this policy or create refund eligibility where none otherwise exists.
